Arctic Glasgow

It snowed a lot in Glasgow over the last ten days. It’s also very, very cold. The River Kelvin, which is just round the corner from where I live, has frozen over.

This is the Kibble Palace glass house in the Botanic Gardens with the afternoon sun lighting it up.

You get good or great photos if you’re in a good or great place at the right time, I feel. With today’s cameras you have to try quite hard to take duff pictures.
